SYNETY Limited, the hosted communications software and services specialist, has launched CloudCall, its comprehensive on-demand business telephone system. CloudCall gives organisations of any size a fully-featured, hosted PBX service that can be set up in under 30 minutes for just 15 UKP per user, per month.

CloudCall works as a stand-alone phone system over a broadband connection, using either SYNETY VoIP handsets or softphones, or other VoIP handsets. There is no software to purchase, install or maintain, and no additional maintenance or support costs. CloudCall can also expand the functions and capacity of any phone system with a direct-dial number.
As well as full PBX and sophisticated call handling features, CloudCall includes unlimited voicemail and cloud call recording, which gives instant access to all incoming and outgoing calls for verification or training purposes, even months after calls were made.
It also features SYNETY’s CloudCall Click for Outlook, a unique application that seamlessly integrates voice calls with Outlook, enabling complete records of calls to be managed and accessed in Outlook as easily as emails – making it ideal for sales or service environments. A version of CloudCall Click is also being developed to work with Gmail.
Mark Seemann, CEO of SYNETY said: “CloudCall has strong appeal to smaller companies because it lets them focus on their business, without the hassle of choosing, buying, deploying and managing a PBX, or managing line rentals. It’s also attractive to businesses that already have a phone system but need to quickly expand call capacity, or add functionality without the capital expense or overheads. It can save users hours per month through more efficient handling and management of calls, and gives any size of company the benefits of enterprise-grade telephony on a low-cost, pay as you go basis.”
Genius Money, a payroll and recruitment specialist, deployed CloudCall to replace its existing Mitel PBX. Managing director Alvin Edyvane said: “We had expanded our business and needed a phone system that would work across any IP network and that could be grown on-demand. We also wanted the ability to record our calls, and to search recordings in the same way we can search email. CloudCall was provisioned in a few minutes and installed, configured and running within 2 working days, with the monthly service charge costing less than we were paying for BT phone lines. We got an immediate ROI whilst improving staff efficiency, customer service and overall flexibility.”
