Feature-Rich Carrier Billing and Routing Tool Offers Additional Module Enabling Telcos to Monetize New Services and Increase Revenues

Kew Gardens, NY – February 05, 2015 – Panamax Inc., a leading telecom technology company, introduces today an enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module for its powerful interconnect billing solution known as BillCall. Panamax BillCall is a robust carrier management tool for telecom operators that provides accurate billing, pricing, routing and financial management information. The application is compatible with Class-4 switches, as well as Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM) and In-Line Disconnect (ILD) switches, and features origination, termination and transit traffic billing as well as dynamic routing capabilities.

BillCall enables its users to create carrier accounts, define the terms and conditions of agreements, and manage tariffs, discounts, invoicing, payment schedules, and much more. The system also allows users to effectively manage contact details with respect to carriers, while processing billing information according to carrier type, such as prepaid or post-paid, time zone, peak/off-peak, billing cycle, call duration rounding type and invoice setup.

“Monetizing on new services and increasing revenue by leveraging the right infrastructure is the key challenge of today’s telecom operators,” remarks Bankim Brahmbhatt, CEO of Panamax. “The new CRM module in our BillCall platform enables our telecom operator customers to offer more convenience, transparency and flexibility, leading to increased revenues and more control over costs and pricing”

The software enables Panamax’s carrier and provider customers to increase Return on Investment (ROI), offering real-time analysis of sales pipelines and leads, quota management and other metrics. This valuable data enhances the sales force’s skills, and converges a large amount of valuable management data into an easy-to-use, single platform. Some of the software’s features and capabilities include management of databases, invoices, financials, leads, tasks, documents, carriers, vendors, rates and deals, as well as routing optimization and management, payment processing, reports and dashboards, revenue assurance, Call Detail Record (CDR) reconciliation and credit control. The solution also helps telecom operators comply with industry regulations and safeguard business processes with timely alerts, notifications and detailed reports.
