The application is compatible with Class-4 switches, as well as Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM) and In-Line Disconnect (ILD) switches, and features origination, termination and transit traffic billing as well as dynamic routing capabilities.

BillCall enables its users to create carrier accounts, define the terms and conditions of agreements, and manage tariffs, discounts, invoicing, payment schedules, and much more.
