Accenture and Dell Technologies have expanded their more than 20-year collaboration with the formation of the Accenture Dell Business Group, aimed at helping enterprises scale private AI and modernize infrastructure. Announced on October 8, 2026, the new group is designed to help organizations run enterprise-grade AI workloads within their own environments while maintaining greater control over data, economics and performance.
The collaboration will support private, hybrid and sovereign environments, with a focus on infrastructure for agentic AI and other demanding enterprise workloads. The new business group will focus on several areas:
- Private AI and neocloud solutions built around Dell infrastructure and ecosystem partners
- Integrated infrastructure for agentic AI, inferencing and high-performance computing
- Accelerators designed to speed the deployment of enterprise AI use cases
- Open-source and open-weight models supporting model selection and task-aware routing
โBy expanding our collaboration with Dell, weโre strengthening the power of our organizations to help our clients move from AI ambition to scaled execution to measurable business outcomes,” said Julie Sweet, chair and CEO, Accenture. “Enterprises will be able to deploy AI solutions faster, align them with their business priorities, maintain greater control through private, hybrid and sovereign environments, and optimize both cost and performance.โ
Private AI Infrastructure for Enterprise Deployment
The Accenture Dell Business Group builds on the companiesโ work with organizations across financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, industrials and high-tech. The group is intended to help enterprises complement their cloud strategies with on-premises AI infrastructure, particularly where data control and compliance requirements are important.
Accenture plans to train more than 3,000 practitioners across the Dell portfolio to support the expanded offering. The companies will combine Dellโs AI-ready infrastructure and services with Accentureโs industry and transformation expertise.
โDell Technologies and Accenture bring a deep history of working side-by-side to help our customers unlock their biggest opportunities,โ said Michael Dell, chairman and CEO, Dell Technologies. โThe formation of a dedicated business group deepens that collaboration to help enterprises move from AI interest to adoption. By bringing together Accentureโs strategic and industry expertise with Dellโs AI-ready infrastructure and services, weโre helping customers streamline business processes and build the full-stack capabilities needed to deploy AI at scale.โ
The groupโs capabilities include integrated private AI infrastructure designed for agentic AI, inferencing and high-performance computing. It will also support organizations using open-source and open-weight models across defined private infrastructure environments.
Sovereign AI and Scaled Enterprise Adoption
The collaboration also targets organizations seeking private and sovereign AI environments, including businesses operating under stricter regulatory and data requirements. Accenture and Dell are leveraging relationships with sovereign and neocloud providers as part of this approach.
For RHAELM, a UK-based AI infrastructure and solutions provider, the companies helped accelerate the delivery of sovereign-grade AI solutions focused on secure, compliant and high-performing operations. The collaboration will support several enterprise deployment priorities:
- Greater control over data, compliance and AI infrastructure performance
- Private infrastructure for agentic AI and high-performance workloads
- Full lifecycle services supporting enterprise AI deployment
- Continued development of solutions designed to align technology investment with business outcomes
โBy leveraging Dellโs AI-ready infrastructure and services and Accentureโs deep industry and transformation expertise, weโve been able to deploy cutting-edge sovereign AI at scale to our clients in highly regulated industries,โ said Bradd Lewis, CEO and CRO, RHAELM. โThe Accenture Dell Business Group brings a deeper level of collaboration that directly benefits our clients.โ
The expanded collaboration is intended to help enterprises move from AI adoption planning toward scaled deployment across private, hybrid and sovereign infrastructure environments.
