Based on its recent analysis of the voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) access and session initiation protocol (SIP) trunking services market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Level 3 Communications (www.level3.com) with the 2015 North American Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Line Strategy Leadership. Frost & Sullivan determined the Level 3 Voice CompleteSM solution is a sophisticated set of enterprise voice technologies that simplifies VoIP and SIP trunking for mainstream enterprises to adopt.

“Consolidating inbound customer calls was always something we wanted to do, but found it to be cost-prohibitive with traditional voice infrastructure,” said Scott Strahler, Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at David’s Bridal. “A Level 3 SIP platform with long-distance service is the most cost-effective and efficient solution for configuring our voice services to better address our business objectives while simultaneously freeing up employees to be more responsive to customer needs.”

Level 3 bundles many features and functionalities to raise the bar against its competitors. Voice Complete offers unlimited local calling and metered or prepaid long distance, as well as shared concurrent call paths, enterprise-grade disaster recovery and business continuity options, and geographically independent telephone numbers.
