Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control is set to become more accessible for enterprises following CSL Group’s acquisition of IoTM Solutions. The deal strengthens CSL’s managed IoT portfolio by combining resilient connectivity services with a cloud-native platform that simplifies SIM lifecycle management, eSIM orchestration, and multi-operator connectivity through a unified operating model. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control Supports Global eSIM Management
The acquisition enables CSL Group to deliver Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control through a centralized platform that integrates carrier systems, connectivity management platforms, and eSIM workflows. Instead of managing multiple operator portals separately, enterprises can oversee provisioning, SIM lifecycle management, usage reporting, API integrations, and support services from a single interface.
Unified Platform Simplifies Global IoT Deployments
As IoT deployments continue to expand across industries, organizations face increasing complexity when operating across multiple countries and mobile networks. Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control helps reduce this complexity by allowing businesses to manage multiple operators through one vendor-agnostic platform while improving operational efficiency and reducing deployment times.
IoTM Solutions currently manages more than 30 million SIMs and is designed to scale beyond one billion, with integrations across more than 100 mobile operators and over 20 connectivity management platforms.
Acquisition Prepares Customers for GSMA SGP.32
The combined platform also positions customers for the transition to GSMA’s SGP.32 specification, the next-generation eSIM standard for IoT deployments. By integrating CSL’s resilient connectivity technologies with IoTM’s orchestration platform, enterprises can better manage roaming restrictions, regulatory requirements, and network resilience across global deployments.
According to CSL, Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control will help enterprises automate provisioning, improve operational visibility, and strengthen business continuity for mission-critical IoT applications.
Enterprise IoT Connectivity Continues to Evolve
The acquisition reflects a broader industry shift toward unified IoT connectivity management as organizations deploy connected devices at greater scale. Rather than relying on fragmented carrier systems, enterprises are increasingly adopting centralized platforms that simplify operations while supporting resilient global connectivity.
With IoTM Solutions joining the CSL Group, Multi-Carrier IoT SIM Control is expected to become a key capability for enterprises, mobile operators, and managed service providers seeking scalable, future-ready IoT connectivity.
