Power 2016 Business Wireline Satisfaction Study ranked AT&T* “Highest In Customer Satisfaction with Small/Medium Business Wireline Service, 2 Years in a Row” . More than 3,000 U.S. wireline business customers participated in the study between April and June 2016.

The J.D. Power 2016 Business Wireline Satisfaction Study looks at 6 categories.

AT&T scored highest in 5 categories:

  • Customer service
  • Performance and Reliability
  • Communication
  • Cost of Service
