Cloudflare and Deutsche Telekom have announced a strategic partnership to strengthen the security and resilience of digital infrastructure for enterprises across Europe. The agreement will combine Cloudflareโs connectivity cloud and security solutions with Deutsche Telekomโs telecommunications infrastructure and enterprise services.
As part of the partnership, Deutsche Telekom will expand its enterprise portfolio with Cloudflareโs security and connectivity solutions. The companies will also directly interconnect their networks, giving European organizations access to Cloudflareโs global cloud platform together with Deutsche Telekomโs infrastructure, services and enterprise customer reach.
The collaboration is intended to provide a stronger foundation for digital infrastructure by improving network performance, reliability and security for enterprise customers across the region.
Cloudflare and Deutsche Telekom Interconnect Networks
The technical collaboration will directly connect the Deutsche Telekom and Cloudflare networks. The companies said this is intended to support end-to-end network quality and greater resilience while enabling a broader range of secure digital services.
The partnership combines several capabilities:
- Deutsche Telekom provides its European telecommunications infrastructure and established enterprise customer relationships.
- T-Systems contributes consulting, integration and managed services expertise.
- Cloudflare provides its connectivity cloud and network and security solutions.
- Deutsche Telekom will add Cloudflare security solutions to its enterprise portfolio for applications, networks, data and AI workloads.
The companies also plan to train and certify Deutsche Telekom professionals on the Cloudflare platform. This is intended to support enterprise customers through consulting and implementation as well as ongoing operations and managed security services.

Partnership Targets Secure European Digital Infrastructure
The companies said the partnership will address rising requirements for security, performance and resilience across increasingly distributed, cloud-based and AI-powered IT environments. By directly interconnecting their networks, Cloudflare and Deutsche Telekom aim to strengthen digital infrastructure supporting enterprise connectivity and security.

Beyond the portfolio and channel arrangement, Cloudflare and Deutsche Telekom intend to collaborate on approaches addressing European requirements for security and digital sovereignty. Their work is also expected to cover protection of critical data and infrastructure and the use of scalable advanced post-quantum cryptography.
The partnership will extend Cloudflareโs reach among European enterprises while adding new security and connectivity capabilities to Deutsche Telekomโs enterprise offering. The companies said the technical and commercial collaboration will support more secure and resilient digital infrastructure across Europe.
